Interior Painting
Fresh paint can change a room without changing its layout. We take on interior painting as part of our family remodeling business, including walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Start by telling us which spaces need attention and whether there are repairs to discuss before painting.

Planning your project
Look beyond the color
Point out cracks, nail holes, peeling paint or stains when discussing the room. Preparation affects the finished surface, and damage may need attention before a new coat goes on. Let us know if you know what caused any staining.
Include trim and ceilings
List the surfaces you want included, rather than just the number of rooms. Doors, baseboards, window trim and ceilings each add to the scope. Photos are helpful when explaining tall walls or spaces that are difficult to reach.
Consider furniture and access
Tell us whether the rooms will be occupied and how much furniture is in the space. We can discuss protection, access and the order of work when planning the job. Mention any dates when a particular room needs to be available.
Do I have to pick a paint color before requesting an estimate?
No. It helps to know which rooms and surfaces you want painted first. Color and finish choices can be discussed along with preparation and timing.
We serve Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Include your town or ZIP code when you get in touch so we can discuss your location and timing.
